According to Ayurveda, a gentle massage with the finest hair oil before washing the hair improves blood circulation to the scalp and strengthens the roots of the hair.

Squeeze a small amount (dependant on volume of hair) onto palm and massage into hair and scalp before shower. You can do this either directly before showering or for a more nourishing experience, you can leave the oil in for up to 12 hours.
