Refund Policy

The Privacy policy contains the following sections

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

1. Eligibility: You can initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

2. Return Process: To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team at info@mahayura.com.au. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorisation.

3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The refund will usually take approximately 3-7 business days to show in your account once it has been processed.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time beforea refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund please contact us at info@mahayura.com.au.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mahayura.com.au. We will instruct you from there.

Lost Parcels

Unfortunately, we do not accept any responsibility for lost or unclaimed packages. Online tracking is available to you and is sent to you via email once you place an order. It is your responsibility to track the item via our website by clicking the ‘Track my Order. We urge customers to access their tracking code if there is a delay in tracking and/or receiving your order. If the wrong address information is inputted into the checkout page when an order is placed on the website, and as a result, a parcel is sent out then returned back to us, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the product to be re-sent to the correct address.
